Habits What we repeatedly do, becomes our habits. Good habits can make us. In the same way, bad habits can break you. All people are same, only their good and bad habits make them different from each other. First we form habits then they form us. Conquer your bad habits, or they will eventually conquer you. And once bad habits mix with your blood, then it will stay with you forever. It is not easy to adopt good habits. It is easy to give up on good habits, while it is difficult to leave bad habits when become a part of you. You can only prevent bad habits, you can't break them. Basically our character is a composite of our habits. Because once we adopt habits then they are consistent, often unconscious patterns.
