Depression, Stress and Sadness
These three terms ''Depression, Stress and sadness'' are totally different. If you are not alone in all these states (depression, stress and sadness), then that's fine. You can tackle with all kind of obstacles. But problem starts when you are alone in any such kind of situation. Sadness can change into stress and stress can take the form of depression. Alone in depression is very dangerous. All three factor can effect your physical, mental and emotional health. So, it's important to surround yourself with people. It's not easy to find trustworthy persons. Just surround yourself with people to distract yourself.
Your mind is your best friend and worst enemy. Every person who came on this earth, dealing with such kind of situations. parents are worried about their kids, young generation is facing different problems while older ones are also having difficult situation in their life.
There are different approaches to deal with such situations. First try to solve your problem, but if you solve your one problem then you are going to surround by another one. Don't think that you will be free from all such tension during your life. You will be free when are no more. Being Muslim, we believe the another kind of exam will start.
Then where is peace?
No where.......
Life is another name of race.
Just run, run fast..............
Run away from your problems that can cause sadness, stress and depression.
Don't let them to find you. Because once you will be surrounded by such situation, then escape become difficult. Live like air.
