Without courage you can't do anything. Don't wait for good things to happen with you. Get up and do something good. Fill this world hope, it will return to you. But have patience, your work your actions are going to fill a large part of your life. 
Every successful person has willpower, determination and good drive. It doesn't mean that they are extraordinary, talented, skilled, smarter or experienced. May be they are average, they are just having determination. Determination doesn't mean that you have to do something big otherwise you are not going to do anything small. The only way to do great work is to love your work, respect your work. If you have not settled with your work then wait, have patience. 
But keep looking and don't settle.
You can gain confidence only when you are right. 
If someone says you can't do something, then by all means do that, now its compulsion for you to do that. Those voices will automatically converted in to silence. You can't be lonely, if you are friend of yourself. If you respect what you are.
Don't wait for perfect situation. Situation will never be perfect for anyone. You will find challenges and obstacles every where, holding your legs and saying don't do this don't do that. But start now, you are having time. With your each and every step you will became stronger, experienced and skilled. Throw your bowlines, otherwise after passing some years. You will regret about this time. Regret never allow you to stay happy.
Sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds while sailing.
Dream, Explore and Discover.
Because your success is waiting for you.
